Advanced CrossFit training, designed for trainees who master the technical aspect of all exercises well and effectively. In this session there is no emphasis on building technique like in the basics class but there is more of a focus on working and building complex movements.

Basic strength training that combines all the basic movements from the field of powerlifting such as: Squat - Deadlift - Press

A workout that focuses on the Olympic weightlifting movements. Exercises such as: Snatch, Clean and Jerk. Weightlifting is a field that combines the following components: Explosive power, flexibility, coordination and accuracy.

A Training session divided into 3 stations that help develop strength, cope with heavy weights and the usage of uncomfortable accessories such as: Sandbags, tires, thick barbells, pushing / pulling a sledge, etc.


Training with an emphasis on cardiopulmonary endurance, the body uses its fat stores as the main source of energy for the activity. Endurance training has exercises that increase the heart rate, such as: Running, cycling, rowing, sprinting, etc.

A combination of stability exercises for proper usage of the body from its center and to the limbs. The training session focuses on flexibility and muscle massage for better rehabilitation and recovery.

A training session that focuses on exercises against our body weight. Exercises such as: pull ups, parallel bar work, handstands, rope climb etc’.

In addition, we offer an “open gym” service throughout the day where you can practice what you learned in class or work on your personal program at our gym.
